Hobbiton : Home of the Hobbits!

The "Hobbiton" set from the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings movies was situated on a large farm in the middle of nowhere. This included Bilbo/Frodo Baggins' house and the Green Dragon Inn. 


The extras in the movies were only allowed to be under 5"2, and needed to have round faces. Only about 250 of 800 were chosen!








This ladder was really only a few feet tall


Stopped in the Green Dragon Inn for some ginger beers!

This tree is actually 100% artificial!

Some of the chimneys even had smoke coming out of them!
